Incompetent workers who dont know how to schedule or reschedule appointments. Show up the day they told me to and they don't have an appointment. Call and reschedule and they call you, rudly, saying you missed an appointment. Horrible busuness practice. And of course your opinion doesn't matter because \"there's no record of you calling\" showing your phone for proof means nothing.
