How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Tried for over a week to get an appointment for my son. Called every number and dialed every extension listed and no answers, left voicemails, and multiple emails. When finally getting a call back there was no apology for the inconvenience of not being able to hear from anybody. The only thing the lady was worried about was my insurance carrier and to let me know that I was going to be charged. Also after letting her know that I needed the next available appointment she tells me the next appointment is for July 30th! Over a month away!! Horrible attitude and no concern for anything other than getting a payment from me. When trying to call back and try to get a same day appointment, once again no answers and no reply to any emails. The staff and students who work with the children when you do finally do get an appointment are great. However the phone staff and systems need to be replaced. Not good customer service at all especially when handling children's care.
