How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
54I'm actually very surprised with all the great reviews. There is nothing incredibly terrible about this location but I wanted something nicer for my child. I brought my almost 2 year old here for her first dentist visit and I will not be back The entire building seems very dingy overall... the waiting room and the examination room all dingy. The TVs in the ceiling are so far away and blurry the kids can barely make them out. Lighting is bad as well. There are no actual walls or partitions between the 3 chairs in the back. When I was there, a girl about 7 was screaming at the top of her lungs non-stop. She wasn't isolated and had no privacy and it was just weird to be a part of her visit, this also obviously scared my child. The 3 chairs they have in the back for kids flip pretty quickly and so it seems they are always overbooked with one main dentist that slides back and forth. This does not allow for any personalization of the visit or get to know the doctor, who did seem very nice. This place is not terrible but if you have insurance and other options, I have to believe there are better pediatric dentists and offices out there. There is a lot to be desired here.
