Associated Dental Center

I went to Dr.Owens on May 22,2014 to get full dentures(top & bottom), I had X-Rays done that day and was told I had a co-payment. By June 19th I still hadn't gotten an appointment to come back so he could start, after the long wait I decided to change dentist. When I informed Dr.Owens on June 25, that my new dentist would like the x-rays done on 5-22, Dr.Owens told me he had sent them to my insurance company and that he didn't know when he get them back.I asked for my co-payment back and he refused. After a heated exchange (where he cursed me) he put me out of his office without the return of my co-payment. I contacted my insurance company and was told that I don't have a co-payment and they don't receive x-rays. Dr.Owens has RIPPED ME OFF!! I've contacted BBB and my Insurance company.
