2I recently started going to Dr. Allen in December 2016. My first two visits were perfect. It seemed to go downhill from there. On Dec 13th I made arrangements to get braces on my teeth on Jan 10, 2017. On Jan 10 While sitting in the chair Dr, Allen informed that he was only able to put braces on the bottom portion and that I needed to return 2 days later to complete the process on the top. The day before on Jan 11 I was informed that the braces were not in. On Jan 12 I called and they could not provide a date when the braces would be available. I moved my schedule around twice accommodate their mishap. His office was not sympathetic nor did I receive an apology. I am paying several thousand dollars at the very least I deserve an apology.
