Dr. Hegeman needs to improve his bedside manner. He was rude and refused to listen to the patients concern.He insisted on unnecessary x-rays, even when the patient requested not for one. The patient had come for cleaning and he felt flossing was something a dental hygienist should do not a dentist. When requested a dental hygienist, he said it was not possible. For poor service, I was charged $240.00. Looking a nicer and patient centered dentist. Deeply disappointed by Dr. Hegeman and would not recommend him. Looking for another dentist....
