4No understanding of insurance/benefit at check in. No review of dental coverage prior to treatment. No explaination of indication for xrays done which included more than covered by insurance benefits resulting in surprise billing. Aggressive overly upbeat bedside manner. Needs firm patient client relationship in determining agreed upon treatment plan. Doesn\'t seem to appreciate/accept clients wishes for treatment plan. Detail documentation of all oral abnormalities identified with push for me to understand we are watching them all. The aggression pushiness well noted. Credits for clam new office. Credits for best infection control awareness. Negatives will now lead me to seek a new dental service.
