She LISTENS! I can\'t remember the last time a Healthcare professional actually valued my input. You can tell a lot about a Doctor by the staff, and they don\'t get any more professional or caring. I\'m smiling as I write this but it\'s a little lopsided from being numb. I\'m going to smile all the way back to Illinois.
