NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
1I have an account with the Bank of America for a long time now, it's a great bank. However, recently I went to the Cherry Hill branch to withdraw some money and was treated really badly by the bank manager named Holly. Not only did she rudely refuse to let me make a withdrawal by stating that my signatures do not match, but her attitude reeked of a racist attitude. When I produced my driving license, she, in fact, implicitly and arrogantly told me that my driving license was fake. No amount of convincing on my part made her change her stance. She was arrogant, rude, most customer-unfriendly human being that I have ever come across, not to mention the racist streak in her attitude, which made me really uncomfortable and unwanted in the bank where I keep my own hard-earned money and blindly trust it to be safe. How can one really trust a bank whose manager has all the negative traits described above? How can one really trust and be secure in the knowledge that one's own bank will not refuse to hand over one's own money in the hour of need? What if I had some real emergency and would have needed my money to save my soul? Had something terrible happened to me owing to some stupid manager's refusal to hand over my own money to me, who would have been responsible? I hope someone higher in the hierarchy would take a look at this incident and, if need be, send this manager Holly for a better training in customer-friendliness. She should not only be given behavioral coaching, she should be educated on discrimination and equality as well. Rohit Malik
