Gental Dental Communication

Dr. Raptis is an excellent orthodontist. I had braces in my early teens but never used a retainer. After many years my lower teeth shifted so badly that it became uncomfortable. I thought about getting invisible liners since I am an adult, but I knew I would not be disciplined enough that they would work, especially since I remember how painful braces were as a kid. And I also have a tooth that is rotated inside out, and invisible liners can’t correct that. I liked the fact that Dr. Raptis doesn’t use bands (if you had braces before, you’ll understand what I mean), and that the wires he uses have different thickness so the tension in your teeth is gradual making it a lot less painful. The results were amazing and noticeable from the beginning. Dr. Raptis and all his staff (especially Venus) are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I still have some months to go and now Dr. Raptis is building the space to rotate my tooth. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results.

I had two horrible experience with this facility. 5 years ago I mailed a camera. It never reached destination and no way to claim it back. Two days ago I sent a certified mail. The receipt shows the correct destination only 50 miles away in MA but the tracking shows the mail was sent to TX after two days! I called the office and was answered very lightly after a long wait "oh, the mail was probably put to the wrong bag. People make mistakes. The mail will come back, maybe in another two days". I cant say the staff there are friendly or not friendly. They just do their work poorly.

Dr. Krtstal Grandberry literally saved the day! We were here from out of state for a special ocassion when my front tooth broke off! Because it was a temporary crown, it was an extremely difficult if not impossible repair to do on an emergency basis. It was late on Saturday afternoon and I was in a total panic! Lo and behold, Gentle Dentist was open and Dr. Grandberry was on duty. She totally took charge and not only repaired the tooth but made it look better than new! She\'s absolutely amazing!
