I had two horrible experience with this facility. 5 years ago I mailed a camera. It never reached destination and no way to claim it back. Two days ago I sent a certified mail. The receipt shows the correct destination only 50 miles away in MA but the tracking shows the mail was sent to TX after two days! I called the office and was answered very lightly after a long wait "oh, the mail was probably put to the wrong bag. People make mistakes. The mail will come back, maybe in another two days". I cant say the staff there are friendly or not friendly. They just do their work poorly.

I have a disability and Dr. Diederich and staff always makes me feel comfortable and take the extra time with me. There is always plenty of parking which is important to me. I would recommend Compassion Dental and Dr. Diederich and staff to my family and friends.

Been seeing him since I was a teenager and I am almost 40 now. So gentle, so caring, professional, listens to you, respectful. I don\'t dread going to the dentist like a lot of people do.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Shah. I was there for a broken tooth and am generally very anxious at the dentist. He took the time to go over my options and explained everything that he was doing without getting too clinical. I had no pain during the procedure or after the novicaine wore off. He even had his administrative assistant call me later that evening to makes sure I was feeling ok. His demeanor was very pleasant while remaining professional. I had an excellent experience.
