5I had two horrible experience with this facility. 5 years ago I mailed a camera. It never reached destination and no way to claim it back. Two days ago I sent a certified mail. The receipt shows the correct destination only 50 miles away in MA but the tracking shows the mail was sent to TX after two days! I called the office and was answered very lightly after a long wait "oh, the mail was probably put to the wrong bag. People make mistakes. The mail will come back, maybe in another two days". I cant say the staff there are friendly or not friendly. They just do their work poorly.

6I have a disability and Dr. Diederich and staff always makes me feel comfortable and take the extra time with me. There is always plenty of parking which is important to me. I would recommend Compassion Dental and Dr. Diederich and staff to my family and friends.
