Dr. Cox was very professional. Had a chipped tooth I'm from out of town. He applied a crown the same day. He does excellent work. He's very conscious about his patients needs and concerns. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs a very good dentist..

Upper Class Moms Beware! Though the staff is friendly enough this place is big-time low income/scummy central. I should have known from the location and clientele... Took my four year old for his first ever dental appointment. Watched in horror as my son (sitting in the waiting chair next to me) was accosted by another young man who came up and took his toy right out of his hands. When I asked the boy to kindly give back the toy he hit me in the face. I marched the boy over to his mother who SHRUGGED at me. Are you kidding? I could not have been more disgusted. If you want to be treated well with first class service AND families I recommend Children's Dental Village in North Spokane. Steer clear of Hero Dental. Ick!.
