3On October 21, 2020 I was suppose to have my first deep cleaning appointment. I had contacted my previous dentist along with my insurance company, and both were a little confused as to why I was getting a deep cleaning when my last cleaning was in October of 2019 (one year prior). I then contacted the dentist and spoke with Dr. Bradshaw explaining this information and that I would just like to have a regular cleaning. He made up all sorts of excuses as to why I needed the deep cleaning and then finally said that he could not do a regular cleaning, as that would be malpractice on his part. I told him that he was recommending the deep cleaning as an additional service, but as the patient I have the right to accept or decline these services (up sells) and that I would just like my regular cleaning. He again refused. I persisted to explain what I wanted as the patient, and that I had my cleaning a year ago and that on top of that I have pretty good teeth - only one cavity in 31 years.
