Apparently parents are supposed to be blind unquestioning statues or she will refuse to treat based upon "trust" remember everyone, these facilities are hired by tge parents to do a service which they are paid for. Also her intake paperwork is more than a little bit too invasive. Vaccine status, interests, and school information are not nessesary for the completion of the required and employed tasks. Parents=employer paying for work completed Dentist=employee being paid for service
