How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Maybe it's just me but when someone schedules an appointment, my expectation is that it starts on time. Not so at this office. I went in for a routine cleaning and waited 25 minutes past my scheduled time. I even went to the front desk to indeed verify my time was correct. No apology or explanation given. I also had a crown done here and while that went fine it was sort of a joke during the process; had a wrong tool, couldn't get the adhesive mixed right, etc. Kind of a show all while I am sitting there with my mouth wide open. You like updated technology? Forget about it here. It's like walking into a 1980's dentist office. I'll give them that most of the people are friendly and nice but service and high professionalism is not their strong suit. I won't be back.
