Damaged mouth in Gastonia- This situation happened several years ago what happened to me. I arrived with a toothache and left with 3 missing teeth and a 4th front tooth broken off in the back that was perfectly fine until my visit there. I was totally devastated by it. When I asked him why did he pull so many teeth, his response was I didn't know which one it was. I was crushed, I'm often reminded of what happened to me when I look into the mirror everyday leaving me feeling self-conscious about myself. I hide my smile because of my missing teeth, it will never be the same, and it affected my other teeth as well making them weaker. I often regret that I ever went there that day. I was so traumatized by the whole situation. They never rectified the matter in the way that I wanted them to, they told me he no longer worked there, but that still didn't fix the my problem. So it lead me to thinking was he the actual dentist or was he still a student in training or whatever. To be honest I don't even know. But I do know where I was that day on Wendover off of Independence. I always tell people what happened, it's something I'll never forget leaving me terrified of any dentist I come in contact with. How can any dentist make that right? How? I have spent so much time hiding my smile most people don't even know that I have that many teeth missing. Dr. Coyles office took away the beautiful smile that I used to have, I mean the one I didn't have to hide. Be careful who you let work on your mouth. A. Davis
