5I have been a patient here before but hadn't been in a while due to pregnancy etc. I had multiple cavities that were causing me pain to the point where I couldn't eat on one side of my mouth. I made an appt a month in advance to get fillings and a cleaning- I showed up, early, to be greeted by them saying there system had crashed and asked me what I had scheduled for and that they could only do a cleaning or one filling. Ok fine, they take me back, x Ray just one tooth, and then tell me oh it's not a cavity you need a root canal go to the front for a referral. From the time I walked in to check in and then to check out was 5 MINUTES. No cleaning, no exam, nothing! Complete waste of time! I had to re arrange other people's schedule to accommodate so my baby could be taken care of! And dr gist asked the woman up front BEFORE saying if I should come back for my regular visit what insurance I had, once she told him, he said "ok good, come back once they do the root canal." I went to another, professional dentist that actually cared and took the time to examine my teeth and did full x-Rays and YES I did have cavities where I thought I did and do not need a root canal and finally have relief! Worst experience ever no regard for the patients.
