Excellent experience with Dr. Aten and the whole staff! Every single person was smiling, happy, friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit to the office and it was an emergency visit because my regular dentist was on vacation. I called the office and Dr. Aten agreed to see me right away...said she would work me in. I thought I would be waiting hours to get \"worked in\" but actually didn't have to wait at all. In fact, I wasn't even seated in the waiting area long enough to complete the short 2-page questionnaire of medical history paperwork. Maria was the assistant who greeted and took me back. Maria was super friendly and very patient. She took her time reviewing my paperwork and then brought in Dr. Aten. Dr. Aten was the same way. I never, ever felt like I was an inconvenience and this was greatly appreciated especially since I wasn't even a scheduled patient. Dr. Aten explained every move she made as she entered my mouth with various tools. It was nice and refreshing to receive such good treatment. I would definitly recommend Dr. Aten and her entire team to anyone looking for a new family dentist. I adore my current dentist, but if I ever need a back-up or have a reason to change Dr's, I already know where I'll be going.
