6Oh my goodness where do I start. I called All Family 2 weeks earlier and made an appointment for my 3 kids. They put it in the system for an appointment for only myself which I found out the day before. When I called to see what happened the lady who answered the phone could not understand simple information. She asked me my name 4 times, what day and time my appointment was 3 times, then said yes it's for just you. I told her it wasn't supposed to be, it was for my 3 kids. She asked my name again and date of birth. She said it was a mistake. At that point I told her I am not interested in going to that dentist. If they can't make appointments right I'm not going to trust them with my childrens teeth.
