The staff is super friendly and welcoming! I am new to Charlotte and was looking for a new dentist, I'm so glad I picked this office. Great experience, Carina is very good at what she does... and Dr. Macken is so nice! Both were very informative and thorough! I really appreciated they went over everything with me including insurance coverage and out-of-pocket cost. Definitely 5 stars!
