I absolutely DO NOT recommend this dentist at all. As a potential new patient (of Dr. Rao), I had an appointment, scheduled at least a month or more in advance, and I received a call (close to the time of my appointment) stating that the day/time I was scheduled, the dentist was not available. So of course I asked, \"if he is not available, why would my appointment be scheduled at that time?\" And the response was, \"I don\'t know. He doesn\'t work on those days and I guess the other scheduler ma
