I have been a patient of this office since the early 1980's. Dr. Wright, Dr. Knowles, and Dr. Owen. I have always been completely satisfied with all the doctors, and staff throughout the years. However, I was told the criteria to remain a patient was to have a x-Ray which circles the head. I was due for one and declined for several reasons. I requested them to send my records to a new dentist, since I was no longer welcome there. I was told that they have no records to send. Makes no sense to me.
