I waited a month for my appointment to have a crown put on and the day of my appointment I took off work and after waiting ten minutes Dr. Buckner walks in and says he doesn\'t know why I am there because he couldn\'t do anything for me because he didn\'t have the right equipment. He did apologize but made no attempt to make the situation right.
