4The worst customer service ever! First I made appointment and when I got there I was told I wasn't scheduled and then I was told that they checked my benefits and I am not active. Which was not the truth! Then I was told I have only medical, which is not the truth and I asked if someone called and actually spoke with someone from the insurance I was told yes! Well that was a lie too because it turned out no one could have called and talked to anyone because phone lines were down all day at my insurance company! Then I was basically kicked out not even being offered to pay out of pocket if I would like to. They just wanted me to pay 90$ for consultations !! Never going there again! And do not recommend you going there!!
