I am extremely impressed with Dr. Linda Chan-Jacobs. Before my visit with her, I had been to an oral surgeon who referred me to an endodontist. I had pain in an upper rear tooth. Both the oral surgeon and the first endodontist thought I needed a root canal. The first endodontist took a 3-D X-Ray, but was unable to read it correctly. When I took the 3-D to Dr. Chan-Jacobs she knew immediately that I had a sinus problem. A root canal was not necessary. She sent me to my PCP who prescribed an antibiotic. Dr. Chan-Jacobs went out of her way to resolve my problem. What impressed me most was that she wanted to get an accurate diagnosis. She was not satisfied until she eliminated all possible causes of my pain. She persevered until she was certain about the cause. I am grateful that Dr. Chan-Jacobs saved me from an unnecessary root canal. She has vast knowledge and expertise, is easy to communicate with, and has a very pleasing and helpful personality.
