Love the office, love Dr. Z., love the staff !!! There are NO stupid people working at Zimmerman Dental Care. Bill question? They help you. Insurance question? They help you. Dental issues? Of course they help you. They just have it all together. They work as a unit and if anyone there doesn't like someone else, you will never see it out in the open. Or they might just all really like each other. I love that I get my toothbrush replaced every 6 months in my favorite color and that there is always a new flavor of lip balm. Last week, I got Fig / Pear flavored lip balm. And the dentistry in general, which is most important, is the finest general dentistry around. No one talks to you like you're 4 years old unless you want them to dumb it down for you. Hey, sometimes we all need something explained mega-simple. But the hygienists and Andy all do a fabulous job. The competency is off the charts. You won't find better anywhere. My husband is 18 years older than I am, worked for Andy's father, and has known Andy since he was just a kid and he's really proud of him and his accomplishments. As for me, Andy and I are peers but I'm also a nurse and a friend of the family through my hubby. Both Andy and his family are wonderful people and I I have always been treated well by the family. They are all really amazing people. You couldn't find a better dentist anywhere. If I ever win the Powerball, he's my private Dentist for sure!
