How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
7His office was always a chop-shop for teeth; get as many in as possible-- walls give patient privacy but removed to cut down on time staff would have to walk around + can squeeze in more chairs in the office space thus more patients and what really matters, $$$! Assembly-line atmosphere, but did their job of straitening teeth. Now, it is so much worse with them opening offices left and right. When an entity gets so big, so quickly then quality suffers. They have to fill in staff with inexperienced techs and surely, mediocre young drs. The tech who worked on my son this last time, was obviously in training, asking other tech questions and having her work approved before proceeding. It took an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a 30 min adjustment, all the while my son is in tears because he has a phobia about getting his teeth worked on (which I\'ve made known, should be noted in his chart, not used as a trainee\'s guinea pig). This place has become a serious MONEY GRAB!
