1This was my third and last visit to Monarch dental. When I called they were able to get me in for a check up and cleaning on short notice. I arrived early for my appointment. E___, the hygienist called my name. I responded and followed her to the last dental bay. She said "It's been a while since you've been here"; "You need X-rays"; "Bite down" followed by another "Bite down"; "Lean back";and "Close your mouth"(for the suction). A dentist came in did a quick check asked if I had any problems and told me that everything looked great. Then the hygienist handed me a toothbrush and said "You can rinse in there". I did so and never saw her again..... not that it's a bad thing. I was able to show my self out. I also noticed that there was an inconsistent amount for the copay compared with my last visit. This may be with my insurance company or an error. I know that anyone can have a bad day...... but this was incredible....... I was looking for the candid camera. Don't get me wrong..... I don't want her to be my friend...... she should however be cordial and polite. Very unprofessional.
