5Not even a customer. I live in another State and they keep texting me patient names to confirm appointments. I would not visit a dentist who treats my private patient and family records so carelessly. I told them a year ago to correct the error and it is still not corrected! I may have to file a HIPAA or other Federal complaint with the government as I am also on the do not call list!

6Warning**. I was a new patient and was quoted $50.00 for my initial exam and even brought in a business card that was given to me from their office that states (Bring this card for a $50.00 exam and necessary x-rays - up to 192.00 savings). After the exam, they billed my insurance carrier over $160.00. When i spoke with the office manager she stated since I have insurance they could bill me the full cost of the exam. I advised the office manager that I was quoted $50.00 for the first exam
