I needed to see an endodontist on short notice after my primary care dentist diagnosed the need for not one but two root canal procedures. I was suffering from severe tooth ache, and my primary care dentist was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ganne in less than 1 hour during the busy end-of-year holiday season. The care I received from Dr. Ganne and her assistant Manuel was exceptional. My treatment was completed in 3 visits and I had no issues during recovery. Thank you Dr. Ganne!

Is your time important? Mine is. I specifically called to confirm and make sure that my appointment was for 2pm. They said yes. I arrived there to see Eric Galian in order to have an special x-ray done in order to confirm whether a root was cracked or not. I was told that it would not take long. One hour later, after sitting around his waiting room, I asked someone what happened. I was brought back to a examining room and told that I would now have to wait here for the Doctor. When I asked how long he would be this time, a lady told me that he was only half through the patient he was working on. So......I waited 70 minutes so far, and now they are telling me that I will have to wait some more. Since I work with practitioners all day long, I decided to ask half a dozen of them what they thought of this scenario. One periodontist said that it was an archaic protocol and that no one waits in his practice for more than ten minutes unless there is an emergency, in which case, everyone in the waiting is informed in case they wish to reschedule. Why? Because he believes that their time is just as important as his. The remainder of the doctors said basically the same. So, if you want to wait around until Dr. Eric Galian decided he is going to see you..................be my guest, but I don't have the time!!!!
