My experience with this dental office has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a root canal and crown in April 2021, totaling $1875. Despite numerous visits, I still don't have a functional crown to protect my tooth. The dental work has been plagued by issues, including an incorrectly sized crown, breakage, and most concerning of all, an undiagnosed and growing abscess. Despite my ongoing pain and complaints, they have not provided a satisfactory resolution. I've also made a formal complaint to the BBB without receiving a response. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against using their services..
NOT RECOMMENED!!! They brought me in for a partial fitting and made the molds in January of 2022. I was told there was no co-pay and the partial would be ready in 8 weeks. We were moving to Arizona in May. The partial never came in. I was then told that they thought it had been overlooked and never sent out to be processed and the office was closed and sold after Dr, Frankel left. I checked with my insurance company to find they had billed my insurance company for the partial, visit and work. Its now October and I suddenly get a call from Value Dental that my partial has been there all along and if I want it I can pay the $340 dollars co-pay and they will send it to me out of state. The fact is, they lost it, they lied, they never closed the office and now my teeth will have separated, and it probably won't fit into place without another dentist having to modify it. They refuse to mail it unless I send them money and refuse to take responsibility for losing it and finding it 10 months later. The new office staff speaks very little English and can't communicate. I have asked for the owner to call me multiple times and he has not!.

Supposedly they work with children on the Autism Spectrum. They do a terrible job at it. The experience was traumatic for my son especially, but for me as well. I called multiple times to discuss with someone what had happened during our visit. Never got a return call. They do not have a clue about dealing with this population and should not advertise that they do. My son is five..
Don't waste your time or money! I paid $29 for the first time patient offer they have... Receptionist was pleasant... Dental assistant was VERY VERY VERY snappy. They kept calling me the wrong name. They only checked the left side of my mouth (because I told them I have a tooth that occasionally bothers me) They told me I had a cavity and they would fill it today for $354.00. I told them I signed up for the offer of a exam and cleaning for $29 and requested my work to be done... They told me I'd have to come back for the offer as they didn't have a hygienist on staff today. So I paid my $29 made another appt and they told me it was for my cleaning and filling... I told them again I was going to wait on the filling and she continued to pressure me for the filling. I don't need to explain my financial situation to anyone. They had me in and out in 20 mins... Very unpleasant and uncomfortable since I stepped foot into the office. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE..
