Didn't realize they didn't accept my new insurance until after they performed the procedure, then refused to give me any paperwork to file with my own insurance and name them as the payee. Insisted that I pay another $400+ after I already paid an initial $380. Totaling over $780 for a tooth extraction! WHAT?? Also had dry socket and he wouldn't even give me pain meds.
