DICK is living up to his name, a HORRIBLE , insensitive dentist and a staff to match. Can I give you MINUS stars?! I entrust the care of my aging mother in your and she is treated like a piece of meat. FORCING her to keep her mouth jarred open for 40+ without even a \"hello\" just commanding her to \"OPEN YOUR MOUTH\"!!! She called me so upset about her experience. I am an Operations Manager for a medical practice and hold patient care to very high standards. Your antics are UNACCEPTABLE.
