5Receptionist is extremely unprofessional, but as I can see Im not the only one that has an issue with her. Was supposed to call me to let me know information on my insurance but did not call to let me know of issues until 2 hours prior to appointment. Also scheduled me a next day appointment but owner says they dont schedule appointments within a week of calling if you have insurance. Owner also interrupted me when trying to explain the situation numerous times.Missed a day of work and didnt even see the dentist. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL
