For starters, I can hardly believe netranger's review. I've been going there for myself and my son for somewhere around 5 years now. Not once have I had any problems like that. They always call a day or two in advance to remind me of an appointment and make sure I'm still coming. They also on numerous occasions have fit me in when I've called with a situation that may or may not have been an \"emergency\". And Dr. Simpson has even called himself in the evening to see how I'm doing following a procedure that may have lead to discomfort. Dr. Simpson and staff are always very friendly. Conversations are sometimes one-sided. LOL. Only because it's hard to talk when your teeth are being worked on. But seriously, this is by far the best experiences I've had with a dentist office in thirty some odd years of owning teeth. Would highly recommend.
