Went t this office for 5 years. Besides being a little rough, I thought the Dr Higuchi was fine. 2.5 years ago a crown broke and Dr Higuchi replaced it. Right from the beginning it did not feel right. Every time I would visit for cleanings and probably 2 additional visits for pain, I would complain about the tooth pain, bite felt off, and I even had migraines. To be fair, I didn’t see Dr Higuchi during most of these visits, but other dentists in the office. I was told I had periodontal disease and that was the cause. They even took lots of ex rays of this tooth and found nothing. Long story short, they referred me to an Endodontist who took one regular X-ray and told me the tooth was shot, could not be saved, and was full of decay. I suffered for over two years because this office did not see this, and did not pay attention to my pain. Totally unacceptable in my book.
