2I went in for a routine cleaning, and explained problems with my smile, the assistant was very helpful, and courteous. Dr. Hampton came in and explained some things that could be done to correct the problem teeth, to maximize my insurance benefits. Work was done. 3 weeks later infection. 1 week after that 1 of 3 crowns fell out, took them 3 days to respond. I then found out no root canal was done on that tooth, they collected 344.00 in advance. They sent me 144.00 check instead of the 344 I paid
