When I came into the Carrollton office the staff was very friendly and the office was very nice. Dr. Ronaldo Galves greeted me with such a great smile and very pleasant demeanor, he listened to everything I wanted to say and knew exactly what I was talking about having a very bulky first set of dentures from 2012 and not really wearing them and NEVER was able to eat with them. Dr.Ronaldo Galves also saw a minor birth defect that gave me a very small mouth and with my natural teeth a huge gap between my two front teeth without my natural teeth even being there for reference which Dr.Galves told me the medical term for it. I went today for my 1st wax fit, it was amazing how much better it looked with Dr. Galves' new design and he's not even finished. I was going to wait until my dentures were finished to write this review but I'm already confident that Dr. Ronald Galves will make sure I have a natural looking amazing smile and finally after 4 years be able to eat with my dentures in. Thank you for making me smile again.
