5UPDATED; they did make this right by crediting me back - so will change the rating to 3 star from 1. After being a client of this business for over a year and having cleanings as well as other services completed - they pulled a quick one. They increased their rates almost 40% without informing their client base. When I questioned the bill they simply said - "sorry, its not our standard procedure to notify current customers if a rate change happens". That left me in complete SHOCK. Thats a easy way to loose customers and gain a bad reputation. I would think when you schedule a cleaning they would at that time inform any clients new or old of rate changes that have happened. Go to a dentist who actually cares about clients, not Dentistry on 116th.
