1This office is O.K. if you have a good insurance that they accept because they charge prices like I have never seen! $1500 for a regular standard crown. No root canal or anything. Just a simple crown. Dr. Adourian did not address issues I was having that I were concerned with. He was focused on routine procedures that could just be done and collected on. The initial cleaning I received was not thorough like I have had at other dental offices either

6The doctor I went to was nice but they have been so messy with all the billing. I will never go back because the billing department clearly does not know how to handle simple math and calculations. It should not be a patients responsibility to look into billing. They make mistakes and you have to be careful before making a payment.

1I called to have an inlay repaired. The woman made an appt. for me, but I had to wait 3 weeks. This morning, the morning of the appt., 30 minutes before the appt. the same woman calls to tell me she made a mistake and they can't take me because I need an $1,800 gum treatment NOT THE CLEANING AND EXAM THEY PROMISED 3 WEEKS PRIOR. I've been a "client" there for 4 years. I will never go back. They don't listen to what the "client" wants. They only try to sell and use fear to motivate people. Good bye to you!
