Never and I mean never contact this place or give them any business. Their “office manager”/ “desk clerk” hung up on me 4 different times. She refused to let me speak with a provider there. “Kathy” stated they were taking new patients and then when I said I didn’t have insurance she said they no longer were accepting new patients. She refused to explain why they were no longer accepting new patients and then hung up on me 3 times. Absolutely unprofessional in every single way and I didn’t even get the opportunity to speak with the doctor. Discrimination against those who are uninsured and in severe pain is absolutely disgusting. That provider took an oath and I’m sure would not have done the same. Please boycott this business and their discriminatory practices. I’d be more than happy to provide anyone who is curious a recording of the phone conversations between myself and Kathy/ office manager/ desk clerk so you can see for yourself how terrible this business truly is. It would get zero stars if I could.
