This is going to be an interesting review. The lady working the very front and in taking new patients was nice and friendly but things went down hill in a hurry. The rest of the staff was rude and patronizing. One lady told me she was taking my 6 year old for a x ray so I would have to wait which I understood but she said after she would come back and get me. I assumed that is what would happen... after a awfully long time I asked where my daughter was and I was not so nicely told she was getting her teeth cleaned. I said well I want to be in the room when that is going on and you were supposed to come get me. I was told that it is not allowed. I know opinions may very but I want to be in the room when anyone is working on a child that young. Their sign says it is an OSHA law but that in fact is not true at all, there is no such law unless it is for being in the room when an Xray is happening. I never met the Dr. so I was not comfortable at all. Do not go here unless you are just needed some disappointment in your life..
I have gotten dental work done several times last year (2014) and never had any problems or complaints with their work or bills. I recommend Scheurich to people who can afford him and have a proper health care provider..
SKETCHY SERVICE! DENTIST ROBBERY! I thought this was a great office untill it came time to pay for my dental work I was getting done. I am 25 years old, single and taking care of my disabled mother- they put me on a payment plan. I paid them over $500 for work I have yet to get done-with my work schedule, I can get in the office MAYBE once a week on my off day. We were working on it- I had a balance of $1,032.00 that I had finally paid down to that. Then life happened (mom got sick and bills piled up) I told them this, and continued to make our monthly scheduled payments. But then I fell behind JUST 2 months- They went ahead and sent my account to a collections agency called Southern Company. AND NOW THEY SAY MY BALANCE IS $2,700.00 !!!!!!! They upcharged me $1,600.00 for work I have yet to get completed. I requested an itemized list of these so called "charges and fees" and I have never recieved anything! I have tried to be patient but I have been trying to pay this account for the last 2 months and Mrs.Carol the office manager of DR.Scheurich, will not speak with me about my account because they've already turned the account over. SO RUDE when she told me she couldn't even send me the list of the charges. The collection agency is even worse to deal with, saying that Mrs. Carol only comes in on Wednesdays (must be nice) so here I am, 2 months later- still in pain from not being able to have my dental work completed because A. my account is not paid in full. b. i will not pay $2,700.00 when I only owed $1,032. Where did this other $1,600 come from??? Southern States or whatever their name is has been trying to tel me what these extra charges are and if I can pay the account so I can GO GET THE WORK DONE- how can you charge me for something I still havent had done?? I am wearing a temporary crowne and it's wearing down- been on for about 6 months- 3 of the months I have been trying to pay this account down and deal with this terrible office. The lack of care is obvious- THEY EVEN DROPPED A DRILL BIT DOWN MY CO-WORKERS, Howie's, THROAT and charged him for it. Carol is completely incompentent and you will defintiey lose a customer once I get my work finished. Had I not already paid for a portion of the work I would never ever come back to this office. PLEASE JUST LET ME PAY MY ORIGINAL $1,032.00 AND GET MY WORK DONE SO I CAN GET ON WITH MY LIFE. .
