Never wanted to step foot inside another dental clinic again after an awful and excruciatingly painful experience at a dental clinic back home ( San Diego). 15 years later I found myself sitting in Dr. Sharma‘s office explaining myself. Doctor Sharma patiently listened and replied “ “ Today my job is to take what happened 15 years ago at that clinic and change it by providing a completely different experience for you. Today, my job is to have you leave here a completely different person then when you walked in I want you leaving happy and no ponger fearful”. dr. Sharma did his job. I remember his words because they meant so much to me. He could’ve just said “oh gee , bummer . sorry that happened “ or something along those lines. But he didn’t. He went above and beyond and you know what - I did leave that off as a different person then when I walked in. The ladies at the front desk, Abel, Dr. Sharma, and the entire staff at Central Coast dental clinic are more than exceptional.
