How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
10I'm glad everyone else has had such great experiences here. When I was referred here I thought I recognized the office name and that it was close by. The scheduler/receptionist, when asked if they were located next to an insurance office and Cosmo prof, said she didn't know. I decided to hang up, seriously? I called months later on a whim and just made the appt. It was great because I'm required to be there (for a minor child) and scheduling these things is hard for my households busy schedules, but I was able to get an appt pretty quick which surprised and pleased me. Granted I did have to reschedule because of a work interference for my son, but he was able to get it worked out and I called to move it back. I was told no problem, but I wasn't asked for a last name to verify the patient and I had to ask her to cancel the second date since she didn't ask when it was to do so herself. Then she called me right back and asked if I wanted to schedule \"Luke\" at the same time as (my son).... I was really confused and told her I don't have a child with that name, and that my son's last name is \"....\" to clear up any confusion, she said oh sorry, thank you and we hung up. Today at the appt time, that I thought we had, my son tried to check in early with paperwork (until I was able to meet him there) and he was told he didn't have an appt. I understand things happen and the poor woman on the phone was very apologetic, but I just found that the staff there was not very together and in the know. I gave them two chances and couldn't justify giving them a third. We are going elsewhere for dental services.
