I called his office because I received a mailer with a great price for cleaning, xray and exam. His hygienist was friendly and professional. He totally impressed me when he took the time to SHOW me the cavity I had (with a camera in my mouth) on the big screen in his office, then EXPLAINED to me why I needed to get a crown on a tooth. Wow, he showed me that on the screen as well. He evaluated my jaw and showed me how I have the start of TMJ. I appreciate the friendly care and education I got..
Excellent dentist! Dr. Patel really cares and keeps up to date on new research and technology. Dr. Patel makes sure you feel no pain for any procedure. I would recommend Dr. Patel to everyone!.
My every interaction with this particular department has been bad, terrible Customer service, bad attitudes, and they lack patience, even when they error..

Ha... they wrote 4 pm on appt reminder card and called me at 0230pm saying that appt is at 3pm. they tried to reschedule it for 0830am monday which is first of all too early for me and im busy all day m,w,f so i refused to go on monday. They called me again at 330pm to let me know that my appt is canceled now i have to wait another 7 days doing nothing with whole on my tooth ._. Cant really say its a good experience so far So its the other friday and ofc they called me at 0208 saying that my appt was at 0200 and they told me 0230... so clearly they change appt time w.o telling patient or they have problem with communicating w patient Othr than that dentist was good and dentist assistance was kind too.
