No way. Dr. Rice was aggressive, impatient, snappy and he kept walking out of the room. The staff showed up to work late. He only performed 1/3 of what my visit was scheduled for. The receptionist answered the phone when I was standing in front of her to pay. Her call lasted 11 minutes. Terrible customer service. .

Horrible experience with staff very rude her name is Juanita. I work in the medical field she has no customer service rude as hell. I will be removing my family asap he was highly recommended. My son sick and they want to charge me 110.00 reschedule fee you crazy.
Stay away! He performed a root canal but did not get the whole root. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it re done. He did not complete the job and did not put the final cap on the tooth but kept the money I and my insurance paid him for services he did not perform and then charged me $38 for a missed apt after I told them I was going somewhere else and then he reported the $38 to my credit. One time I was in there with the gas mask on for over 30 minutes and was telling them I wasn't feeling anything. Turns out they were out of the nitrous. Another time they were low on nitrous and he was walking around the office fussing at his workers and talking to them like dogs and cussing. I wish I had never seen that place to begin with. It was a total nightmare..
