5I had been back an forth over the phone about whether or not my insurance would be accepted. They seemed to really struggle with it, and could not give me a straight answer. I needed to make certain I was in network. When I came in for my appointment, I asked if my insurance had been figured out. I was told that yes, indeed my insurance checked out. After my appointment, at check out, I was then told that I was out of network. If I would have known that, I would never have sat down in the chair. I was then told that they are Delta Dental exclusive. That is pretty cut and dry. Why wasn't I told that to begin with?
