very happy with my new crown! Great patient care. May I please make a small suggestion? Dr Collins is very tall. When he was talking to me, he stood to my side so that I had to twist my neck and look up to speak to him. I finally decided not to try and look at him so just looked down when he was speaking to me. Would it be possible for him to SIT in front of me during greeting and giving instructions/advice/farewells etc? When I was a Hospice volunteer, I learnt it was important to sit in front of patient so patient was looking straight ahead or down at me so as not to hurt the neck. thank you for your consideration.
