Broke a file while doing root canal, and left it in but did not inform me. Apparently he didn't seal it properly or medicate it. Finally today another dentist told me I was going to have to have it removed. On one of my visits to Underwood I sat in the chair more than an hour, right across from the receptionist's desk. No other patients came in during that time, and finally I just got up and left. They apologized and said they were busy but I'm not sure Underwood was even there.
